§ 302-15. Application forms.

Applicants shall submit the appropriate form, either an Applicant's Determination that Site Plan Review and Approval Are/Are Not Applicable, together with a Planning Board Confirmation that Site Plan Review and Approval Are Not Applicable, or an Application for Site Plan Review and Approval. Information, forms and guidance can be obtained at either the Planning Board office or the Building Commissioner's office. The appropriate form shall be submitted, as follows:A.An Applicant's Determination that Site Plan Review and Approval Are/Are Not Applicable shall be submitted with required documentation for any development that will require or result in any improvement, alteration or change of use to, on or with respect to:(1)Any vacant lot or vacant contiguous lots under the same ownership;(2)Any existing structure or group of structures under the same ownership on the same or contiguous lots where such improvement, alteration or change of use requires or results in any alteration to areas of parking, loading or vehicular access; or(3)Any existing structure or group of structures under the same ownership on the same or contiguous lots where such improvement, alteration or change of use requires or results in any increase in gross floor area.B.In the alternative, an applicant may acknowledge that the proposed development necessitates site plan review and approval, in which case the applicant shall directly submit an Application for Site Plan Review and Approval with required documentation.
