§ 300-16. Design standards.

The development shall conform to § 198-1606.8.

B.
The designs employed shall comply with the intent and requirements of § 198-1606.6.1.

C.
Additional design standards will apply as set forth in sections of the Zoning Bylaws other than Article 16 of the Zoning Bylaw, insofar as such sections apply to the particular type of development proposed.

D.
Additional design standards will apply as set forth in other sections of the Planning Board's rules and regulations, insofar as such sections apply to the particular type of development proposed.
